    Love Hasslebacks
I like to sprinkle some good parm or Romano in the cuts.

    I rarely eat dessert.

Mrs. K is making lemon tarts for the Strays and Orphans dinner. This will be the first time I will have eaten dessert since the last time we saw these friends, which was a few months ago.

    I don't have a sweet tooth.

    Been spending Easter in Stockholm.

Yesterday was Dim Sum at a place called Cloud nine, they do Dim sum and also traditional French bistro food. We choose the dim sum tasting menu

Hamachi with ponzu, ginger, fried garlic (best dish of the day) , Tuna tartar with oyster aioli, trout roe, and Asian pear (also excellent , Samoan salmon (passion fruit cured)

Dumplings, streamed chicken with a black vinegar sauce, fried pork, and not pictured veggie gyoza.

Steamed buns with crispy confit duck leg with hoisin sauce, scallop with a spicy caramel sauce (excellent and surprising ), beef with a sesame marinade

    Dessert banana and macadamia cake

Today much more traditional at Rolfs kök (kitchen)

I had soft shell crab, sauted with garlic
Wife had white asparagus (no pic)

Confit pork belly with cabbage, beer braised onions and a sublime roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Wife ate red wine braised beef cheeks with a truffle mash.

Dessert was Belgian waffle with berries and ice cream.

Needless to say, we left very happy both days...
