I spy with my little eye: green pepper, onion, chipotle in adobo, bacon, beer, mustard, molasses, Worcestershire sauce,homemade Kansas City style bbq sauce, homemade ketchup and five kinds of beans.

I just spent a few days in New Orleans. Some fantastic food. Sorry, no pics. But damn, I love the food there.

The ribs got 5 hours of maple smoke, then glazed and stoke the fire roasted to get a nice crust.

Sounds more exciting than my Sushi. However, everything seems more exciting than Sushi but actually I fricking love it. I never get as excited about it as I do about say fried chicken, but I always really enjoy it
