I've been trying to get back to baking bread at least once a week. This weekend's is sourdough organic white with organic Khorasan and red fyfe making up about 1/3 of the flour volume.



Breakfast was this and sunny side up eggs.

I bake bread every month or so I guess. It's very good. But the local artisan bread is probably better.

Kinda like a Shepherd's pie but roast chicken with veg and mushroom gravy.

Sounds much nicer! Not a. Massive shepherds pie fan, but I fricking love chicken and mushrooms.
