    What are you drinking?

    Tonight, a variation on a Bond drink...the Vesper, only no vodka, just gin and Lillet.

    Ah but to be a proper Vesper it has to be made with Kina Lillet which, unfortunately, hasn't been made since '86, when Lillet took the quinine out of the formula and reverted to calling it simply 'Lillet'.

    My wife purchased a box of three 100ml bottles at a local indoor farmers market today. Distilled right here in my little village using the sellers grandmothers recipe.
