    tried the boot up disc, also fails, tried system restore. only got restore points from last year, not from when I bought it. there is no tools option when I click on my computer, think you're thinking of winxp lol

    no when you go to this pc look for drive C: hover over it right click and it will take you to a proprieties screen .. works on which ever system basic system through them all .. the system restore does option and one of them is restore points the system sets but there is also a system restore factory setting there I think you have to click on advance when it gives you the option of others there should be a bit that just says advance setting

    well it was a risky bid any way if I could have got it to work might have double my money on it..if not an expensive paper would have been all it would have been but still
