    Well, it's not friday, but I brought the atlas back out to ring in a new pasta season. I made a simple spinach fettuccine noodle, extra thin. I don't always like it that way but sometimes I do.

    Rosemary Alfredo with reggiano and the meatballs are turkey mince with bacon and sautéed garlic and spinach.

    "Macaroni cheese" is the cheese that you put in macaroni and cheese. Just like if I said "pork and cheek", it would mean something very different from "pork cheek".

    I took the pomegranate turkey carcass

    Thanks, Henry. Have a bunch of nice lemons left over from a project (I over-shopped) and have been wondering what to do with them.

    Won't be anything like yours but I will be making a stock with them. Excellent idea!

    I buy lemons by the bag, then zest and juice them to freeze for later use.
    Then I have juice cubes to use in recipes and drinks.
