    6 dumplings * 5, so about 30 of them.

That oil sauce is crazy good too. The place was Xian Famous foods in NYC.

Great Gods and dieties! It's snowmould!!

I remember reading about that stuff back in college.

It's Aspargillus muffosii, a deadly mold strain discovered by Dr. Tormod Losnedahl in the frozen ice caves of far northernmost Svalbard, while he was accompanying a Russian "whaling" expedition in 1795.

It relentlessly attacks fresh muffin tops, laying waste to entire ranks of scrumptious baked goods.

If it's escaped its native northern island habitat, the entire muffin world is in peril!

You must, without delay, send me one dozen vacuum sealed, infected muffin tops! I will also require one dozen uninfected tops as a control. You may keep the stumps as it seems that they are immune to infection.

I have the proper apparatus to diagnose and contain said infection, in my well equipped kitchen.

I mean lab. LAB, Damn it.

Taste test on the boozy Christmas jewel gummies we made. The brown ones are chocolate espresso with coffee liqueur, the gold are rosewater with elderflower liqueur and the layered are grapefruit and orange with Lucky Bastard gin on the orange layer and pomegranate with Grand Marnier on the ruby layer.
