    Exactly! I paid more for my (purely impulse buy) Pobeda quartz than one of these, and in all honesty, it's still sitting in the box unopened! When I got it in the mail, so much was going on and it got put aside for opening and wearing later... it's still sitting on the bookshelf where I put it!

    yeah got some slava quartz that was the same and THEY was basic did a thread on then and then sold them but did get a nice set of slava soviet propaganda one's that was dam cool sold them to ..

    they was from 1979 (was it 1989 ) mint con never used still had the plastic bit in and tags ..sold then too bit much for me but dam cool did a few threads in the Russian thread last year or the year before on them and Russian quartz in general as there alot more about now then they once was

    was 1989

    so can't spend much say £30 need to scratch the itch and is a sorta b/day / crimbo present to myself buy as had a lot of bills so max £30 whats out there for this whats caught your eye can't see it being a keeper so might need to be something I can easy move on when I get bored so what ya got in mind

    evening guys so hows goes it just sorted a few more watches for the charity shop couple of archies and a none seiko (funny story in a job lot looked seiko ish and looked modded but when got was a cheap impostor good case of the old Caveat emptor .

    so time for a clear out enjoyed getting them over the years but now I have decided on a smaller choice collection I want it sorted but dam hard work with so many

    as you know I'm currently shrinking my collection, it's not easy deciding which go and which stay tho. I'm down to 16 now! not bad considering I had 28 a few months ago
