I just took a cranberry upside down cake out of the oven.

Now I have to wait for it to cool before I can flip it and see how it fared.
It looks like a lot of berries floated up, into the cake.

A lot of topping stuck to the pan. I think I may have let it cool too long before flipping.

Didn't we have a similar conversation some time ago? Every time I think about bagels and lox my mouth starts to salivate uncontrollably. Salt bagel is an especially evil treat.
