Of sorts: It's a traditional Cornish Pasty, and a rather large one at that.
Contains minced beef & vegetables. The place where I bought it does at least a dozen other fillings; my particular favourite (Yes, I've tried them all ) is the lamb & mint...... Delicious.

Mmm nom nom nom... Our neighbor just came by with a huge serving bowl full of chapchae (Korean style bean thread noodles with vegetables, pork, sesame etc.) Hers is some of the best I have ever tasted. She's Vietnamese, not Korean, but she does this so well. Dinner is simple tonight - a big plate of this.

Too many watches, not enough wrists.

No pics. Despite the gloriously bright stars it was too dark. Last night's meal:

Caper seafood terrine with prosciutto tomato olive skewer with pickled christophene (cho-cho/ chayote)

Cream of mushroom soup with roasted breadfruit "croutons".

Char grilled lobster, pimento beef tenderloin, scalloped potatoes and oven roasted broccoli, pumpkin and rosada tomatoes.

    Gianduja tart.
