Nope, we used to get about 30 bucks a month which covered hosting costs but they stopped doing that a while back. Plus, they're still shite, regardless of what they pay us!

I was thinking calzone, but based on what I can make out on the wrap, is that a handy meat pie? Yum. Without my Mum's steak & kidney pie, and my aunt's tortierre I likely would have grown up an axe murderer or worse (personal injury lawyer?) and I get the itch for both somewhat regularly. To be completely honest, I did my usual deer-in-the-headlights routine when mum cornered me on what I want for Christmas this year, and eventually just asked her for half a dozen pies, frozen for easy access.

Rolled into the resort at close to midnight last night and the beach grille had jerk chicken on the fire. Really good jerk chicken. While not hot enough on it's own it had the best pimento smoke flavour ever! The heat was addressedwith liberal doses of Grace's "Spicy Jamaican" sauce and scotch bonnet hot sauce. This morning:




Ackee saltfish, steamed callaloo and festival. Also smoked marlin. Fresh pineapple juice and bubbles, all on a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
