    just love vintage even if they have strange habits got one that stops and starts for an hour or so then settles down for the rest of the day ant got a clue why charge and time keeping works well once it has stopped buggering about each morning .. think the main spring needs a clean

    London, I am NOT a cockney, though I live nearer to Bow Bells than most "cockneys" do.

    I use mine as a bit of a go to tool watch. Easy to read and un cluttered The bracelet is a hollow link type so is a bit underwhelming but I like it

    Perhaps it might be better on leather

    True. It would probably look fine, but then it couldn't get wet and I'd not use it
