Thanks Geoff. I managed a near perfect sear.Mrs K made a different dressing. Normally we do a pretty typical lemon juice based one but this time she made one with anchovy and red wine vinegar. Fantastic with the green beans and made the addition of tomatoes possible.

I need to make my own gnocchi. I love the idea but it's never quite right in restaurants (at least I assume not, as I've never had great gnocchi).

Don't go shopping hungry - you end up with a smorgasbord of flavours! Indian rice, Mediterranean quinoa, feta and olives, avocado, sweetcorn, Jamaican hot sauce... And nuts.
