    I've found that Sargento pre sliced cheese molds quickly, even if unopened.
    I don't know if it's because it doesn't have any preservatives, or if it's just already "aged" in the warehouse and grocery store.

    Sargento is very low on preservatives, so I'm very vigilant about that. But this cheese was bought this Saturday, which was bothersome.

    That looks scrumptious! Fish tacos are great. Might have to start using cabbage as well... Can see how it would add some needed texture

    Cabbage works well. Sometimes we will make it into a slaw using the crema as the slaw sauce.
