    The gala last year had a steampunk theme. I went western steampunk vs Victorian for that event.

    For what it's worth, I thought it was just a play on the recurring theme that we all seem to have wives who are far too good looking for us. Plus Mark is not exactly someone known for taking rude shots at people. But either way I'm glad there are no hard feelings as this thread is too good to take a wrong turn and end up as one where people won't share anymore. Except Geoff and his toilet and feet pics.

    With the Cubs making a stand in game 6, these came to mind.


    October 1993, Cooperstown.
    I had played baseball since Tee-ball in 1964.
    Little league, high school, legion ball, etc.
    Then MSBL, (yes, it's a real thing) brought me back in. I stopped playing at 42, as did the majority of guys my age. But we had a lot of fun. Playing on that field, being in that dugout, enjoying it with friends.
