ouch, that's not good mate
i've done 2 crystals, had to take back off, remove winder and drop movement out then push the crystal out from inside, can maybe be done with fingers. then use the crystal press to push new one back in

Recent changes by Bulova they are not using the tuning fork logo on non Actutron models so that means these type may be harder to get
