    Sharky, lovely Orient, very 70s styling, you may be responsible for me blowing my watch budget this year.

    I managed to find the new blue Mako last week, and I have to say it's one of the nicest watches on my wrist.

    very nice! I can't accept all the responsibility lol, I think because of you looking for the mako got me looking and that's when I saw the errmmm, we need a name for my orient, can't call it the FAC09004D

    Morning all. My eldest daughter had a friend over for a sleepover last night. I think they actually went to sleep around midnight but they still got up at 9 this morning lol. I suspect that once her friend goes home my daughter will spend most of the rest of the day resting on the sofa.

    These two arrived while I was on holiday amongst a pile of junk mail

    The issue 68 is supposedly based on a Seiko quartz issued to British aircrews in he 1980s but from the quick searches I've done it looks only a little like them, unusually for an MWC watch it has a chapter ring.


    Issue 69 is a typical Swiss 1940s type. This one for the Dutch army. Must do another group shot of these.
