so I just came back from crossfit and my right arm started to cramp up as I was trying to pull up my pants after getting out of the shower. LOL Does the pain ever go away?

Out of town on work the last couple of days. It's amazing how staying at a hotel by the airport, and pulling 12 hours days can put a crimp into your work out routine. And now, back home, it's still tough to get back into it.
I appreciate that! Yeah - it was a crazy week. And all of it resulting in nothing more than an adjournment until January. But - it does keep me off the roads this week, which is nice, because my wife and I are heading to Southern California on Sunday and I need time to pack!
Does anyone else absolutely hate working out? I mean, I do it and everything, I just don't like it. When people say they love it, I really don't get it.
Depends what I'm doing, really. I love swimming. I love running. I love cycling. I really do enjoy all of those - even if, at times, I'm inclined to prefer sitting and watching TV (or posting on here).
Other kinds of working out, though, I don't really enjoy. Weight training in particular. Not a fan of the rowing machine either.
I'm actually really enjoying it. It burns, it hurts, it's hard, but I'm really starting to enjoy it. I think part of it is because I'm starting to see results, noticeable ones. I was always fit cardio-wise, but I'm really enjoying feeling my lats or triceps or traps burn. Kinda sick, eh?
