    My job involves spreadsheets every day but I must admit that I'm strictly e-cigs these days.

    I honestly think those are worse. If you're looking to kick the habit, I wish you the best of luck. But e-cigs can seriously mess you up too. I'm pretty sure the flavorings in them can cause popcorn lung.

    I've read that too. I use organic juice and don't agree with the sweetie type flavourings. I still think that there's less damaging shit in e-cig juice so, in the long term, they can't be worse.
