    No More Military Watch Collection

I think I might have received my last military watch from Eaglemoss. My Credit Card just expired and my Credit Card Company has just sent me a new one with new details on it. I have been trying to contact EM since last Thursday to give them the new details, but I have not got through. All I get is recorded voice saying that "My call is REALLY important to them and please stay on the line" and then they play Pachalbel's Canon over and over. I have wasted about two hours altogether in multiple calls to them to no avail.

I have tried E-mails as well but have not had a reply as yet.

After a bit of checking on Facebook it seem they have been off for a couple of weeks.
If I can't give them my new card details then payment will be declined the next time they ask for a payment. so no more watches!
    Any suggestions?
    Richmond.

have they got a facebook page you can ask if they have a contact number to get to them I know churchy sent them an email when the last lot was late and they replied to his email so maybe see if churchy can give you a contact address for them as that one worked for him ..

some shops still stock them I have notice too .... and the bay always has a few around varying in price from sense-able to stupid priced so think you would still be able to collect them ....

They're bound to get in touch once they realise you didn't pay.
Otherwise this is the email address I used to get in touch.

The Facebook page is not run by Eaglemoss and is now just for chat. They want queries to go direct to Eaglemoss
