just got flood again the utility room is starting to get me annoyed first flooded because the down pipe decide to back up and come out the over flow trap of the wash-machine

now the roof is leaking I have had to disconnect the light to the outside toilet( well say out side toilet they use to be but we boxed it into the house with the roof covering it so it would be a dry area ) and became the utility room thought I had patch it once and was holding good but just had some really have rain /thunderstorm with hail the size of pennys and it flooded the one wall and took out the light louky it was not on so have made safe for now can't do much as it still raining but not as bad so it's stop for now will have to try and get up there and see where it came in and fix it.. but think a new roof is needed soon

well went up and looked might be just if we are lucky the flashing causing the problem so might try and have it re-sealed then flashing done have patch for now and tomorrow will take off the cover for the beam on the inside that is the cross support beam and squirt the sealant up in to the joint and try and seal any gaps cause by the wind lifting it up and down so the sealant I use is spring so should help keep if from splitting should work till we can get some one in to do a proper job on the flashing and that .. but might still need a new roof but am hoping it just the flashing has worn out
