    Got a response from Brendon

    "I agree this is one of the issues, I find the sandblasting a little too heavy. There is a lighter finish we can choose. These are the things we can change without too much trouble. The finish is also too harsh on the Bezel. This is why I insist on Pre Production Samples so we can catch stuff like this. Thanks, Brendon"

    so don't you just hate to lose a lot on penny's I was bidding on something.. I should not be really but sometimes you think well my max was reach so thought sod it went to bed when checking the lot in the morning I had missed it by 0.46p
