    We have streaky bacon in England too. It has a higher fat to meat ratio, which makes it more tasty, really. I like a sandwich with both types in - back and streaky.

    Yes. Though...I'm not sure why - ham is cooked pig leg, bacon is cured pig back, I think? either smoked or unsmoked.
