I cannot abide spam. I've tried it several times, it's just not for me. Unless there are drunken vikings involved. Then I will enjoy it to the point of laughing uncontrollably.

It's an odd beast in the sense that if you know it is in the meal, you won't care for it. If someone packs it in your sandwich or pizza without you knowing, you would never guess.

I can tell the difference between Jamerson's and Bushmills. I can't tell the difference between SPAM and processed ham cold cuts.

I love a tasty vegetarian patty. I have at least two others in my repertoire that I prefer but this one turned out pretty good. It is kind of Mediterranean with lots of greek yoghurt, harrissa, mint and lemon pickled red onions.
