That depends completely on what kind of pizza you are eating. You might say most pizza should not be crispy, but saying pizza should not be crispy is a little like saying pork should only be smoked. You are eliminating delicious choices out of hand.

I cant 'like' a post twice, so I'll just quote it for truth. I've greatly enjoyed pizza in a few places in Italy, Chicago, new York, homemade many ways, and countless different pizzerias. Rarely are any 2 the same, rarely have I eaten a shitty pizza that was made fresh.
