"Buffalo" chicken burger. Cayenne, smoked paprika (hot), chili powder and hot sauce are some of the things in it and it is topped with a blue cheese and celery blend. Pretzel roll of course.

First try: Filipino adobo chicken and a vegetarian version of pancit. Yeah,yeah. I know, adobo should be served with rice. The Filipino place I usually eat offers a combo of adobo, rice and pancit and I have grown quite fond of that.

HK, I live in the middle of Nowhere, Tennessee, and somebody decided to open a Phillipino restaurant this month.
I'll try to get by there soon and give a report.
I don't have high hopes, as the local purveyors are somewhat limited.

Up here in the middle of nowhere on the Canadian Prairies the Filipino community is now the largest immigrant community by far. The mural project I am currently working on involves the Philippine Canadian Association.

My attempt at pancit was not right, but it wasn't exactly wrong and it was super tasty.
