It's quite a big plate actually and I did eat it rare kinda like a steak. Was good!

What does one do with superior all beef smoked wieners? Why reuben style hotdogs sound good, especially with made from scratch Russian dressing (including homemade mayo and ketchup.)

Busy day. I built and filled another garden box, hung sun screens on the pergola and shopped for crap for the family get together tomorrow (my brother who lives in Fort Mac is staying in town until he can go back.)
I also did this:
A first at Chez Hank, which is technically located in a desert, pasta with nothing but "00" caputo and eggs.
Fennel, red onion, Italian parsley and white wine.
Filled, rolled and onto the fire.
Three hours later.
On the plate with the pasta and a quickie Caesar salad.
