I couldn't even get into college football when I was in college at a football school.

It's the Joe Paterno way -- look the other way.

LOL, that is outstanding!!! Someone wasted far too much brain power on that!

Chelsea lost!!
Another terrible performance from Liverpool. Rodgers had his chance to put a run together with a series of games against poor teams, he's now wasted it.
We have Man Utd and Arsenal games coming up and it doesn't look good.

It's not all bad. We kept a clean sheet, but didn't have much in attack. Some bad substitutions too. I think Sterling should have come off; lots of work, but no end product, and the ref clearly didn't care for him; even when he was downed legitimately, the ref wasn't going to call it.
Again, though, it's heartwarming to see a foundation of defense coming from two former outcasts, Lucas and Kolo, and hard work from Lallana, a man I was screaming at the TV for Liverpool to pick up last January.
Pantilimon is 6'8". It's hard to get things past him when you have a defense in front that swarms. Liverpool was forced out wide and had to put crosses in, which were easy pickings for a man that big. Lambert was never going to get the better of him. Borini confirmed twice on Twitter that he's fit and healthy, so there's NO reason for him to not be on the bench. What a joke from Rodgers, talking about how he doesn't think Borini will regret staying while he tells him to not even get dressed for games. If you don't want to start him, I can understand that (sort of), but to not even have the option to go to the talented Italian when the less mobile, slower, and less creative Lambert can't get on the end of things is just poor planning. Your plan A can't be the same as plans B through Z, and without a striker on the bench, that's what we've got.
While my head can fill with names to bring in this January, only one seems realistic and will be a great addition to the side: Lukas Podolski. Great strike rate, great attitude. Underutilized at his current club by a man who talks him up, but refuses to play him. I wouldn't mind seeing him playing in a rotation/super sub role at Liverpool; a left footed striker rather than a wide mid like Wenger plays him. £5-8m would be a bargain and Arsenal, for all of Wenger's posturing, would be happy to have it, I'm sure.
