When I decided that I wanted to try everything, I realized that all parts of an animal should be used, since its life was taken... don't waste that life. My holiday turkey gravy has all the giblets. Weird bits are yummy.

It's melting! It's melting! (Sorry. I am heavily into a Wizard of Oz based charity event).
Meyer lemon peel, anchovies, garlic and dried chiles being reduced to the molecular level in olive oil.

Given I usually cook vegan/vegetarian I had an unusual request for a roast dinner today. MrsO will eat everything except the meat but loves a bit of proper gravy on her roast potatoes.
So later this afternoon I will be doing full roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings.

You don't have high fructose corn syrup? Strange.

Regardless, you need 100% pure Canada grade A light maple syrup, the best pancake syrup in all the land.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.
