    yeah would not surprise me as when I was having other problems with it I strip it. it was a bit of a cut and shunt looked nice but way it was put together it was not going to last long

    managed to get a set of decent 3602 hands dial a case that would hold a 3602 or a parnis 2927 is it out of it (parts always come in handy) so yeah still not manage to source a new crystal for the case it clicks on the front so has a metal ring it needs to clip into

    I've had the crystal fall out of a vintage UN chronometre (spelled that way on the dial), dating to the 60s. The original (?) crystal cracked and I had it replaced along with a general service. New crystal fell out twice, once with the moment tumbling to the carpet along with it. I wear it only on rare occasions (weddings, funerals, graduations, etc.) but find myself checking my wrist frequently.
