Sigh. Done with the semester this week, so I think I'm going to drop my car off to get fixed next week. Can't wait to have it in tip top shape again.

I can't believe the mustang in the US is like 24k dollars and in the UK it's 30k pounds. I'd have considered one - it has enough seats.

On the Porsche side I do miss my Carrera 4S Cabriolet although it was kind of a waste most of the time in our endless string of traffic lights here in south Florida. As an example 2.3 miles to work and 13 traffic lights in dire need of synchronization. When you hit them all green 2.5 minutes to work. Not so lucky can take 17+ minutes. Primary reason I work from home. I'm a much nicer person when I don't have to drive to work regardless of what the car is.

If it makes you feel better if you go to the car configurator the Mustang actually starts at $26,345 since every car has a destination charge. The $24,145 is not a real price. Most Americans could not drive this model since it has a six speed manual transmission. Checking the Automatic bumps it to $27,540. This car would probably have to be special ordered since no dealer would stock some thing with no options other than to put in an add to lure you in to sell you a higher priced model. Good negotiating would probably get you a well optioned model for the $27K , but that is likely the bottom.

Just notice I go away for a week and you became Gorf? Whiskey tango foxtrot?
