Wow, that's like saying you've never had good sex. You have been missing out!

If you want to have an amazing turkey dinner, just say the word and I'll give you a step-by-step that is labour intensive, but not difficult, and always ends with a delicious, juicy turkey: both light and dark parts.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

    Hell no.

I have nothing against a deep fried turkey, but I have much better methods. You won't need any new equipment to do it my way, but you will need a few days lead time and be cool with getting a little messy.

Runny eggs are one of the most important food items. They are non-negotiable.

I've had smoked turkey and I've had fried turkey. Fried turkey can suck it. Smoked has so much flavor throughout, I can eat the white meat without needing to smother it in gravy. Smoked turkey and smoked chicken are miracles.

I love around Christmas and thanksgiving, as ide from all the whole turkeys that are sold, the butchers sell parts as well for those that have no need for a whole bird. One part that no one wants are the wngs, but turkey wings are just as good as chicken wings, and at those times you can buy them fresh and delicious for a song.
Dark meat is always good, but turkey's white meat is almost always so dry it's practically inedible for me. Unless the turkey's been smoked, of course.
