Well we have been stuck with the weird decision of Colo as captain for way too long. For all Shelvey's faults at least it usually looks like he is willing give a bit of motivation to the other players unlike Colo who seems to be a mute on the field.

Granted, I don't know the locker room there, but my guess would have been that Colback or Elliot are natural choices for captain. Or The Wij.

I still find it strange that Tim Howard, a current Premier League player, does commentary for matches in the Prem. If I were Martinez, I'd tell him to either do that or to focus on his game.
