    Mmm, mmm...Italian (chicken) sausage and peppers. This is just about the only time I prefer sweet Italian sausage to hot. I like adding the heat to the pepper mix and have a nice counterpoint with the sausages.

    My first time making candied pecans...AND...I added a twist - Frank's Red Hot Sauce. We'll see if they taste good later, maybe on vanilla ice cream?

    When you say a cold smoked burger do you mean you cold smoke the actually patties and then heat some other way. Or are you cold smoking a roast or other large chunk of meat and they making the patties from that which is then cooked?
