    I do love a good cheese plate. A place around here has a manchego cheese plate, with truffle honey and apple slices. Amazing.

    Preparing to cook Christmas dinner on Saturday night, everything is arranged, I have a "cooking lesson" from a Chef who is staying for dinner. All I have to do is follow instructions and buy the ingredients....

    Step 1 Buy the Turkey.....fail

    Because it is just after Thanksgiving and before Christmas there are no turkeys for sale on island. All I could get was 4 turkey crowns, oh well.

    I am not sure if pictures will follow as I may feel a bit of a fool taking photos while a chef is telling me what to do.

    We have invited among others 2 chefs, a baker and a pharmacist so that is starter, main, dessert and hangover taken care of.
    MB2, SOH, Aquascope, Tangente, MM300​, Blackbay, North Flag, Officer, Visitor.
