This is a two-fer (because I was too lazy, yesterday).
Back from the shop, for the second time! A 2-button Pulsar (almost, but not quite, the authentic James Bond model). As purchased, the inner workings were toast. So...it went off to Germany for salvaging. These guys apparently scavenge what they can and build new circuitry. It was returned to me a few weeks ago. Out of the box, it worked great. So, I resized the bracelet. Which caused it to stop working great. The symptoms were consistent with the right pusher simply not working. [electronics geeks may want to stop reading here and suggest a diagnosis].
I wasn't about to mess with it (it had a rock solid 1-year warrantee), so it went back to the repair shop. It was diagnosed and repaired withOUT making the trip across the pond two more times)
....
ding! ding! ding! - that's right - a cold solder joint.
...
All's well that ends well. So - it was on my wrist at the theater last night. Who needs lume?
Tonight was orchestra night. Just for grins, I broke out the Timex (for the Indiglo):

La lutte elle-même vers les sommets suffit à remplir un cœur d'homme; il faut imaginer Sisyphe heureux.
Amazing Tudor BB Hybrid indeed
