    I'm as carnivorous as they come, but I absolutely adore falafel. It's probably the only thing I could replace meat with in a meal and not be miserable for having done so.
    It is now my duty to completely drain you.

    With a sick wife and one sick child I decided to treat myself for dinner while I took care of everyone else. Great bottle of wine (look for the note in the whining winos thread later, probably tomorrow) and a 35 day dry aged bone in ribeye. If I'm feeling up to it I'll take an after pic.

    It's that *fried and crispy* thing. Hard to argue. I'm not a vegetarian either, but some food can make me not miss meat - Ethiopian food, South Indian, Mediterranean-Arabic/North African...
    Too many watches, not enough wrists.
