    Any of you ever read the Bunnicula books? Or read them to your kids? Cauliflower always reminds me of that book. It's about a rabbit that sucks the juice out of vegetables instead of eating them, so the cat thinks he' sa vampire. But, all the vegetables end up completely drained of color. So cauliflower looks like broccoli that Bunnicula got to.

    Do you make your spaetzle with the grater method or the squeeze.

    Regardless, looks great. This town recently lost one of the most authentic German restaurants I'd ever had the pleasure of dining at, they had the best spaetzle...
    It is now my duty to completely drain you.

    I used to push them through a slotted spoon, but now I use the grater method. This is the first time I made the dough with the Assistent and it was beautiful. Really stretchy and sticky.
