    Loves me some duck! I've also made a few interesting cauliflower mashes over time, but with the price of cauliflower these days! Geez.
    It is now my duty to completely drain you.

    Thanks Geoff, it was really good.

    Cauliflower is very expensive in Canada right now . In winter almost all of it comes from California. There is a drought there right now and on top of that the Canadian dollar is taking a beating right now. Bottom line- $8-10 for a head of cauliflower.
