Really simple lunch. Turkey noodle soup and tomato, basil and cream cheese bagels. The herbs in the soup and the basil all came from the indoor garden effort. The basil is fantastic.

Lunch from yesterday. Croque madame and duck fat fries. Also, not pictured, a lovely vichyssoise.

I had five guys last night. Probably the best burger I've ever had. Name: uploadfromtaptalk1453026378449.jpg

Best burger. Better even than mine. I've decided that fat patties aren't the way forward - thin ones are.

I'm a staunch brioche fan but this wasn't a problem actually. Not too dry or cakey. Really great burger.

Oh mate, you should come over. My burgers are better.

Five Guys is an excellent fast food burger, but it's eclipsed with a little bit of care.

Took me a lot of fenagling over the years to figure this out as well. If I feel like a big burger, 2 thin patties beats one fatty patty every time.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

Anything else you've discovered that you can help me with so I don't waste time of substandard food? Or anything, really. I'm after life advice, essentially.
