    Nope. Back in the day, we used to get pre-cooked bacon you'd just heat up for 10 seconds in the microwave. I also don't usually cook breakfast; most breakfasts are had from food trucks these days, or by delivery on the weekend.

    But, I'm trying to cook more in the New Year (even got Blue Apron, so there will be a nice dinner tonight I'll post up), so here we go.

    It's definitely worth a try. My wife won't eat meat on the bone but she'll tuck into black pudding like it's the last one on earth...

    I once invented a dish that was beef bacon red wine stew under a puff pastry lid, with a layer of discs of black pudding fried to a crisp nestling under the pastry. Served with sloppy scrambled eggs.

    The single best item that I ate while in Cayo Guillermo was the moronga. Everything else there, including the Caribbean lobster was underwhelming.
