    You guys really put so much effort in..

    I'm more of a, throw it in the pan, burn the s**t outta the sausages and rashers and fry a bit of bread in the greasy bacon juice...works great for me and a great start to the new year

    see, I've just had scrambled eggs on two slices of organic wholemeal hand sliced bread toasted , time taken to cook=less that five, time taken to eat=less than five.

    Full? - yes

    Mind you if I'd have had some smoked streaky bacon it would have slowed me down, but I would have had that on top

    That fry will do me for weeks..normally a bowl of porridge or cornflakes and I'm partial to the snap, crackle and pop of Rice Krispies.

    Toast will a little marmalade is nice too...but has to be peel free!

    In work I go for scones and yoghurt sometimes, just to stay in with the crowd, some of who make concoctions of flavoured water, granola and bird seeds topped of with a half a stawberry...you just know they go home and order 2 portions of chicken balls and house special fried rice. ..they ain't fooling me
