    Double Tudor week

    Something 'new'

    spectacular vintage vibes

did u see what C saw?
    -------------------------------------------------------
    something 'newer'

I much prefer Gen 1's 2 line and marker at 3...just more balanced IMO. In house movement would have been nice but I am sure Tudor's fixed up the 2824 somehow...

    --------------------------------------------------------

The Black Bay is quite interesting...reasonably thick..and the slab case side may turn folks off...but boy..
the gilt dial..the domed crystal..its a beauty indeed. The flat caseback actually makes it a better watch on a nato or a leather strap imo...the height and weight makes it dig into the wrist

    The Pelagos...this one's a modern stunner

    look at the clasp

    look at the lines

So...how do they compare to the sub?

first..they make the Sub looks positively tiny...maxi lugs and all
secondly...it once again proves the enduring influences of the Sub..how well made and designed it is.
They CAN all be in a collection.

    Enjoy!

That's a Black Bay Red with a black bezel? Or else someone put a red crown tube on the black. Thanks for the comparison shots, can't believe how small they make the Rolex look. The Black Bay always seems just a tad to big on my wrist whenever I try it on...I want one so bad though.

Extra hat tip to Aaron for his modded Black Bay...that and the newly released BB Black led to someone else making a black bezel for this BB Red

Both Tudors are much more impressive in person. You did a fine photography job though Mikey!

It's funny, seeing the Pelagos and the Sub side by side, they couldn't look more different in purpose. The Black Bay is much more similar. Do you have any pictures of just those two?
