My new favourite restaurant actually if anyone is interested - www.semolinabrighton.co.uk
That sounds more like lox, cured but not smoked. A good one is sublime.

Could well have been - I forget. The menu changes all the time so it's not on their website.

Yeah, I figured that: more moisture, stretch it a little bit thinner, lower the temperature a bit to let it bake better.

Oh, I wish one day I'll be that good - to cook something that sounds like swearing in Scandinavian/Turkish (looks great, though!)
and if there are some left overs I'd cook something that sounds like swearing in Portuguese...

Oh, now I got it - it's not your cooking, it's your paintings! I was wondering, I've never seen food look that beautiful, not on my plate anyway...

It's strange how my mind works: not that I have a problem, but why did I think of sexual context?..

A burger is still a burger, but this looked way better than it tasted.

Boring, not seasoned enough, they somehow managed to remove all flavour from both the meat and the sautéed onions. No idea where the smokiness from the smoked cheddar had gone.

Hotel restaurant will not get my money tomorrow.

They never season the patty which I find odd - mince on its own is insanely bland!

That is always a crushing disappointment. Better luck tomorrow.
