    Presumably it's the kind of food preparation that children will enjoy doing.

    And eating once drowned in cheese:



    I really don't want to see the state of water that's been used to cook both hotdogs and spaghetti though

    I keep meaning to do a beet cured steelhead, but I love the straight up salt cure soooo much that I never get around to it.

    This was delicious. Salmon can be fishy. Smoked salmon has a distinctive taste. This was different - kinda like sashimi. Was really, really good.
