Squats will build muscle all over. It's not easy holding the bar and maintaining form.

Oh I know that, but it will also build my legs. I don't want that, though I want to bulk elsewhere. Do I still have to squat?

I get more posterior chain development with squats vs quad hypertrophy.

I squat in the low 500s and don't have huge legs.

Mine are 24 inches and I haven't squatted since 2003. Given that you're much taller than me I wouldn't think your legs are out of proportion.
When I was competing the aim was always thighs and waist at the same size (mine were both 28) and calf, arms and neck (mine were 20).

Last week I did chest and shoulders Monday and Friday, legs Tuesday and Thursday and back Wednesday. Back on it - I feel awesome! Bulking at Christmas is the way.

Actually yes - every other day - 4x10 curls (I've upped my reps to 10 across the board for hypertrophy as you suggested) every other day. Supersets with either shoulder press or vertical trap raises.

Protein shake and creatine after the workout.

Not a treadmill in sight. I've got 6 weeks off so I'm going to spend my time here, and at the pub. Alternately.
