Thanks. Choice of meat makes a huge difference. Those were both Top-ish Choice, much better than the Selects I used to do. Now to try a Prime, or maybe just jump straight to a Wagyu...

Flour and oil... , whatever could you be making...?

I do a lot of cross rib on the smoker and Waygu cross rib is awesome.

Here's a hint and I may need to grab another beer before I start to have on standby because I am going to be standing and stirring for the next 45 minutes or so.

They can be really overpowering if you don't tone them down a bit. .

    Thanks.

Because, well, everything tastes better with bacon!
I grew up hating sprouts because the whole house would smell like a garbage tip as my mom boiled them forever - one of those foods that would almost eject itself willingly from my mouth as I tried to swallow. Now I really like them, but only when done right, as you suggest!

There was a pineapple getting too ripe, so pizza time. Too many other things on the go to spend a couple of hours making pizza dough but there is a place about 100 yards from my house that makes decent caputo flour crusts.

My wife is a fan of the hawaiian. I don't eat it bought. Fresh pineapple macerated in crushed chiles with superior ham, in this case local capicolla, and fresh mozzarella is a whole different beast.

When I lived in South Manchester and had the pizza takeaway on quick dial, my order when sitting on the 21.06 bus back home from work was always Ham and Pineapple, with battered onion rings. At first I was a bit dismayed when I discovered that my favourite quick and dirty pizza was quite so dirty, but I struggled through

I generally dislike sweet in my savoury. Hawaiian pizza is a prime example.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

I don't like pineapple, whether it's on pizza or not.
