Cranberries, whole and almond extract to be mixed in the above, when cooled.
Then put into the dough , and bake for 1 hour.

Scotch bonnet sauce, Fish and meat sauce and Hot mustard sauce.

I made a simple Bolognese, boosted the garlic and Parmesan, and added a bit of heavy cream and shredded carrot to balance the acidity.![]()
