First there were/are tons of Mercedes hands copy cats now I see the trend going towards the snowflake hands on these "homages" not my cup of tea.

Aramar Arctic Marine - Tudor Snowflake homage
Thanks for posting, R!
Looked up some pics of the Arctic Ocean to see the differences
(pic by Artur.H on Uhrforum)
People complained about the bright colour of the markers compared to the renders, if I recall
Look forward to your pics of the Arctic Marine when it arrives
It's the final countdown! PM me before they're all gone!

Nice for people who could never dream of paying for a Tudor to have the chance to own weird handsets though

I agree. I'd love a Tudor but will probably never afford one. Unless the strap business absolutely goes bonkers! lol

The Dude Abides
Very nice looking watch. I like the one blue dial/orange indices one.

Update: they put a photo of the real thing on their Facebook and I've cancelled my order. It looks cheap and the magnifier on the crystal is not 3x as stated but barely magnifies at all. Very disappointed

I might be dredging up the wrong memory here....When I joined WUS a couple of years ago there was a very long grumbling thread about the production of some diver homage going very badly....was that Aramar?
Edit: yes it was...felt nostalgic glancing through this again! http://forums.watchuseek.com/f71/ara...ad-889061.html
