    Yeah the gravy I ingeniously put in a separate ramekin dish to dip things in so they don't get soggy.

    As much a I enjoy a roast it uses 7 pans, and I'd never cook one myself. She has to make a cheese sauce for the cauliflower cheese which alone takes 15 minutes.
